Yes, create new database is perfect case.
You need: open SDBConf, add new server with new name, copy all field from first database, except first two, database and file of transaction - that's need to be clear.
Startup mode is service. Than start this service from Windows Control Panel.
Than open SDB Manager. Don't login. Choose create database, set all parameters, OK. Than, open Run procedure, write BuildAll (case is important), run, write Populate and run too.
In finish, run SHSetup and add new server.
You have try to see create database in russian: Install StoreHouse4 (http://www.carbis.ru/forum/sh-Технические-вопросы/5147-Установка-storehouse4-видеоурок.html).

Or you get new name new server?
If yes, for run server with another name, not sbdserv, you must create link to sdbserv.exe and change in it: sdbserv.exe /n<NAME_NEW_SERVER>

Yes, running sdbserv without parameters start SDBSERV server. Run like sbdserv.exe /n<NAME_NEW_SERVER>

Yes, it doesn't work this way. You MUST change menu in R-Keeper Editor, and than, import it in Shouse.

You have to add new necessary product. Than, add new dishes in Editor. Than, do import. Than, create recipes for new dishes.
